I learned about this bakery through my daughter's school. I love a tasty carb, so we decided to give it a try. I was really surprised of the chew on the bagel. It was not dry, or hard. The rainbow bagel tasted fresh even when I picked up my order at 3 pm on a weekday. It was so good, 2 1/2 of the 4 bagels were gone within the 15 minute commute back home between myself and my daughter. The bagels were so good, I do not need to them toasted, no butter and no cream cheese. They are delicious as they are. Needless to say, I'm back online again placing another order.

We have been patrons of Bagel Shop for about 4 years. My family loves the food, as it reminds us of a Jewish deli we frequented back home (Florida). I used the online order option they have for the first time due to having time constraints. We live about an hour away. The food quality was as always 10/10. I placed an order for a bakers dozen with two small flavored cream cheese cups. When I inventoried the bag I was disappointed. They had forgotten a jalapeno bagel. I only received 12 bagels. And of course the one I ordered specifically for me was missing. I did call the store the next morning and they were happy to remedy the problem with no hesitation. As always the products we received were of high quality and this minor incident will not stop me from returning. I'll just have to inventory the order before leaving in the future. We truly love your bagels! J Napoli
